the humble hamburger
well here i still am, not dead from that soufflet i just threw out the window. instead, i bought the stuff to make a hamburger, and damn it turned out alright. my kitchen is now a lovely shade of ash grey, but hey, my hunger is satisfied.
but in four years of making burgers, you tend to pick up a few tricks on along the way. i don't really know what any of them are, but apparently i do them anyway. meh.
so back i go; beef, cheese, egg, bacon, onion, lettuce, tomato, sauce, and bread. mmmm.
